Cancelation Policy - Based on the Greek Law of EOT,
( Greek Organisation of Tourism), article 3:
- All the deposit will immediately be paid back for cancellations made more than 21 days before arrival. This applies for all reservations made from Internet, telefax, telephone etc.
- For cancellations made later than 21 days before arrival, or in case of no show, 50% of the cost for not used days will be charged
We work under Greek Tourist Organization Licence and we accept all major credit cards.
Studios for 2 persons
Combination (all in one room) of bedroom and kitchenette approx. 25 - 30 square meters.
- Kitcenette and cupboard is with cutlery pans & plates. Sink and 2 hobs for light cooking (no oven).
- Sleeping area: Large built in king size bed or 2 single (on request)
- Other facilities: Stool, wardrobe, chairs, table and mirror
- Bathroom: Own private (shower or bath), toilet and washbasin
- Balcony has chairs and a small table
- All bed linen, blankets, hand and bath towels provided
Studios for 3 persons
Combination (all in one room) of bedroom and kitchenette approx. 30 - 35 square meters. Facilities as above but providing extra equipment for the third person
Studios for 4 persons
Combination (all in one room) of bedroom and kitchenette approx. 35 - 40 square meters. Facilities as above but providing extra equipment for 4 persons

Apartment for 2 persons (25 - 30 sq.m.)
Each apartment features a fully-equipped kitchenette plus a separate sleeping room. All apartments offer the same facilities and equipment as our studios.
Apartment for 2 to 3 persons
These are slightly larger apartments with a separate bedroom with 2 beds plus an extra smaller bed in the sitting area.
Apartment for 4 persons (40 - 45 sq.m)
Our larger apartments which offer a separate bedroom with three beds plus an extra smaller bed in the sitting area.
